Psychometry

Everything emits certain vibrations, which is the aura. These energy units are electrical and create a little buzz that may be heard, felt or seen using the psychic senses. Just like those huge electric lines you sometimes go under, you can hear or feel that buzzing sensation even though you may not be consciously aware of it at the time.

As an empath, you can touch an object and pick up its vibrations even if it has not been touched for years. The object will retain any and all information it has ever been privy too. Touching objects to obtain information is called Psychometry.

This tool comes in handy when one wants to tune into information on something or someone who is not present. The person who touched the object leaves vibrations or aura imprints on it. A good psychic makes decisions while touching the object as to whether it is the object he is feeling or vibrations of the person who touched the object.

In murders or missing persons this tool is highly useful to the psychic. According to how open to empathy the psychic is, Psychometry can have some very undesirable effects.

This has happened to me on more occasions than I want to admit when I touched another person's blood without knowledge it was there. In working murders, I have been privy to certain items that I would not otherwise come into contact with on a regular basis. Each time I have touched blood on an object, it has made me literally sick to my stomach, but it has also given me an edge to be able to see more clearly how the victim died.

There have even been times when the blood was many years old. One such incident was when a killer had not been found. A relative of the victim handed me a watch with dried blood on it. Without noticing the blood, I took the watch and became sick from the touch. Instantly I told the relative that there was blood on the watch because it made me ill.
