Soul travel is one of the easiest feats the soul can carry out. It is an experience that is taken for granted by the spirit. Often, the physical body is never aware the spirit even leaves the body. Occasionally, the feeling of déjà vu makes one question the events the spirit has previously witnessed in its out-of-body traveling.

Once you realize that your spirit can leave your body upon command, you will no longer live life in the same way. Memories of the spiritual side of life begin to reappear to the conscious part of the mind rather than being buried in the subconscious.

The subconscious, both in and after out-of-body travel, hints at psychic ability seemingly forgotten while living in the conscious world of physical form. Memories brought to the surface of consciousness cause the spirit to start to remember its birthright.

When a soul consciously realizes that it is capable of astral travel, it starts to seek information on how to accomplish the act while conscious. One such person came to visit me for help on astral travel. After taking this person into a deep meditation and making him comfortable, I told him that the soul could leave the body without fear through the area right under the heart, whenever he was ready.

His soul left his body with some hesitation after I let him know that his astral self could re-enter his body anytime he wanted. At the moment of his soul's departure from his body, my home became filled with other spirits to cheer him on. They sat around looking like a church revival waiting on him to become aware.

Once he had a chance to play outside his physical world for a while, I called him to come back home. While he was still in astral form I asked him to ascend a stairway in my home, but I also asked him to stop on the top step of the stairs. He had not seen anything at the top of this stairwell when he came to my home because the stairs made a turn with a high wall concealing
