While the group is looking at the one person's aura, encourage everyone to talk about the colors they see and how the aura is shaped. This confirms that they are not only seeing auras but are also seeing the same colors.
Each person in the group needs to sit in front of the wall to be scrutinized by the others.
Once you've grown comfortable maintaining the sight of auras in humans, take a look at your dog or cat. Or look at a favorite plant. Since everything has an aura that reflects its physical condition, you can monitor anything you care about.
Another method of sensing auras is to learn how each color feels. To do this, pull different colors of cloth from around the house. Lay out the cloth so that it does not touch another piece of cloth.
Raise your hand about two inches above one piece of cloth and feel the color. Close your eyes and sense it more strongly with focus and concentration. Understand how that particular color feels to your senses. Once you feel you have the color sensed, move on to another color until you realize how each color vibrates, and you recognize the particular feeling that comes from that color.
To further your education in color, put several strips of colored fabric into a paper bag. Decide the color you want to pick before placing your hand into the bag. Put your hand into the bag without looking and choose the color by feel.
An additional way to sense color is by using an ordinary deck of playing cards. Shuffle the cards and put the deck face down. Take the first card and lay it face down without looking at it. Hold your hand about two inches over the back of the card. Decide whether the card is red or black. Although every card has a color on the back, you will be able to feel the vibrations from the face of the card and decipher whether it is red or black.
Continue to work with the playing cards until you feel comfortable with your ability.
The ability to see auras allows you to read any individual. The colors you see will give you an accurate picture of what is going on in that person's life.
Colors
Colors are not only beautiful to the eye but considerably influence a person's actions. They evoke physical emotions and are even part of the ritual in our lives, even though we're often not conscious of it.
