There are different levels of meditation that include everything from a five-minute breath renewal to a deep-level trance state. Any and all can help to achieve the desired response. With no right or wrong way of going into meditation, any exercise that one can use to achieve desired effects for themselves is perfectly satisfactory.
With many stages of meditation such as Simple Meditation, Creative Visualization, Self-Hypnosis, Extrasensory Meditation, and Trance Meditation to choose from, you can make meditation a useful part of your life. Understanding how meditation works and how each level can be achieved enhances its use.
Once the meditative state is achieved, it is sometimes good when viewing scenes brought on by meditation to use the third-person presentation method. Allow viewing of the full image as if watching a movie without being part of the movie itself. As a spectator you can realize that except for the enjoyment or the learning experience coming from the production, you are not a part of it.
