Chapter Twelve
No Ghost Friend of Mine
A friend of mine has a young son who asked his mother to question me about evil spirits. He wanted to know if evil spirits would come to see him.
My answer came from the beliefs that spring from my experience in sessions with the spirit.
There are human beings we consider evil because they do not conform to what humanity subscribes to as law. They seem to be here only to further their worldly ambitions. These people do not care about anyone but themselves.
Greed, selfishness, hatred, and ignorance lead to the evil part of man on this side. He is trying to get something for himself and doesn't worry about whom he hurts in the process.
He uses murder and mayhem to attain what he wants in this life.
There are those on the other side who have lived this type of life. People who have died after a life of corruption on the physical side are not much different over there. Their personalities are much the same, even though they can look over their life experiences with some hindsight.
Many have chosen not to change. Perhaps they don't know they can. At any rate, they like their circumstance because they feel that power is achievement.
