These ghostly criminals need to feel the power they felt while physically alive, so they look for someone who behaves as they did while they were on the physical side. Rarely will they associate with a person who has only good thoughts and intentions. This kind of person is no fun for them.
When a murderer says that he heard someone tell him to commit murder, he probably did. He had one of those entities on the other side who didn't want to change but still got his kicks from helping a physical person in a life of crime.
The physical murderer had to have a killer's mind first. Then the ghost killer could find him. He had to ask for help either consciously or unconsciously. Then he would get the help he needed from his ghost killer friend who would hear him and say to himself, "This is someone I want to know."
The two of them have no regard for others. They only think of themselves and what they can gain. In believing in this manner, they are drawn together.
Ordinarily, responsible people will never hear from one who has learned to be evil. When a malevolent spirit visits a person who does not believe as he does, it is generally for a different reason.
There has only been one occasion that I had a ghostly visitor of this type in my home. Physical visitors who think like this are the frightening ones because they can do something about what they are thinking.
Going upstairs to my office, I encountered an odor just like rotten garbage. It wasn't very big, only about eighteen inches deep and long. It was on one stair and was standing still, and it felt very physical to me.
As I ascended the stairs my head went through it. Stopping when I smelled the offensive odor, I retraced my steps to see where it was coming from. Always the inquisitor, I tried to rule out the obvious.
It didn't take me long to figure out I didn't like the situation. Without thought, I demanded, "What are you doing here?" After all, he was in my home.
In a flash, my head was filled with the question he wanted answered. In essence it was this: He wanted to know
